Date Night is for all UH4C families and it provides an opportunity for Mom and Dad to enjoy quality time together while their biological and foster children are having a fun filled night with activities, games and crafts.
Dinner will be NOT be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTER ONLY ONE CHILD PER LINE
Please be mindful that the order form instructions have CHANGED. When ordering tickets, please select a quantity of ONE and fill out the food and allergy information for EACH child. Please DO NOT put more than one child per line. This is necessary for planning purposes.
